Aria H.D Hold Neutral Reducing - 500ml
H.D stabilizes hair (from damaged hair to extremely damaged hair) during perm to support perm procedures as a neutral thio-reducing agent with ph7 (same as water). H.D reinforces coating on substrate of damaged hair to reduce hair damage by hair procedure, and provide treatment effects for softness and liveliness. Appropriate combinations of urea, amphitrichous lanoline, low-irritant oil, mineral oil, and silicon oil minimize hair damage by heat perm, and prevent hair substrate reduction during softening. When neutralization, H.D reduces hair peroxidation by bromic acid or peracid and reinforces moisturization to make tangle-free and elastic hair.

1. Our preferred delivery partner for Air Courier are Fedex and DHL. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some international destinations.
